4D3N of OTC had been a learning experience for me. I've realised that there's a whole lot more to being a programmer. I've realised how stressful it is, how much brain juice we have to squeeze out of our brains. I had to overcome the state of blanking out whenever i speak to a big group of people. Learned to deal with last minute situations, climb into the forbidden swimming pool area to shower and more. Even learned how to use a walkie talkie ^^ Lazy to elaborate, let the pictures and timetables do the talking. Not everything stated in the timetables apply to us though. Day zero was mainly the trying out and preparation etc. Theme of the camp was Mafia!
Got our army bags at $3! Cheap rightttt. Got 2 of the tees. Prepared logistics till around 5am for the games the next day. Slept at the corridor as it was cooler out there =/

Day 1

Taught the GLs the school song, hand sign song, mass dance. Executed our first station games, i kept blanking out x.x As it was our first try, received negative feedback and i was very discouraged, even wanted to be like shaun can go korea halfway through the camp! Tsk.



Day 2

Justin's birthday! Executed our second games, and feedback stated that i improved! :D Nightwalk was quite fail for engine school.

Day 3





After all the waiting for debrief, celebrating of chris' birthday, dinner at CPF building, i managed to take the last 969 back to yishun with sugar, jolene, ruting. And only reached home at around 1am! So the whole camp was in fact 4D4N @.@


This is our programmers' cheer! Inspired by L4D in hokkien. It's quite funny lol. And since the camp's theme is mafia, it's suitable.

And the rain dance from design school REALLY WORKS, whenever we do it it'll rain. Never failed before so far, out of all those i've seen.

After the whole of OTC, was super shag after only having about 3 hours of sleep everyday, and all the running around and mass dances. Shall blog about DOTC 1 the next time :) Clique let's go kbox quick!!
