(...continued) Seoul
Day 6: Christmas eve
Travelled a long way to Dae Jang Geum(大长今) Theme Park. It's the place where they film the drama, with the palace and village. I suppose they constructed that place just for filming the drama, as it is really small. Indeed, the camera and camera man does wonders, being able to make a small place look huge.
They've described the place like it's super fun, but no, it wasn't.

We have this almost every morning for breakfast; (duno what bread shown above) + cream puffs + donut + hot chocolate.

They let us try fake archery. Lol.

At the exit of the place, we were asking the security guard where to take the bus to the train station, when a guy in his car heard us. He knew how to speak abit of english and chinese, asked if we're going back to Seoul, and asked us to hop on. His car had a few other people; his clients from china. All of them seemed kind, so we decided to get a lift. The people were friendly and chatted with us on the way :)
After getting off at a train station, the guy even took out a train system map, wrote down and told us which train to take etc (though we already knew). Kind soul!

Day 7: Christmas
Went to Seoul Grand Park. There's many places within that park; Seoul land (theme park), zoo, farm, botanical garden, insect pavillion etc. Since it's so big, we only had time to visit the zoo.

Find this quite cool, like a slash across its face ;D

Headed to Myeongdong to buy the adidas bag i've set my eyes on the previous day :D Mum agreed to buy it for me as x'mas present. We didn't know about the price though, and we thought it was around $100++. Saw the price tag and got a shock, it was 204000₩ = S$240. After hesitating and discussing for a long time, i decided to give it up. Just when i said "Nvm then.", mum told the sales assistant: "Get me a new one."She said since i was willing to give it up, she'll reward me for being sensible. Haha.
And btw, my mum told me recently that she saw the bag at city hall i think, and it costs around twice the price i bought in Seoul :O Nope mine's not a fake, it's bought in an authorized outlet. Super lucky eh ;D

Almost everyone was holding cakes at night; they're gonna bring them back home to celebrate x'mas. Found it a very heart-warming sight :)

Day 8: Departure
"Oh my gosh" was what my mum kept repeating while packing our luggage.
Looking at the pile on the bed and floor, i seriously wondered how we're gonna pack everything into our luggage. Miraculously, mum managed to do it! *applause* We came to Seoul with 2 luggages and went back with 5. Lol.

Meal at airport. The kimchi tasted surprisingly nice!

Well, my stay at Seoul had been a nice experience. Maybe the next trip, i'll visit Japan :D

Watched Iljimae dvd last episode tonight- Iljimae VS King!
Cool to the max! :DDDD
He managed to capture the king and made the king bow to his dead father's 'grave'.
But everything after that was kinda sucky.. hmm. I see that many people are confused about the ending, and it has sparked controversy.
But anyway, Iljimae rocks!
What i like most is when he shows his sentimental and romantic side when he's alone and when he's with Eun Chae apart from the funny and lively side of him when he's with other people. 魅力十足! :D
