Hello! It's been long since i updated i know i knowww. That's because i've been reeeeeaaaaally busy with assignments =/

I'm taking 2D art fundamentals + typography now, 2 heavy modules.
2D art is mainly about painting, colours, and lots of abstraction. So got lots of painting to do. Fun but takes up a lot of time. We gotta do a 1m x 1m painting for our final assignment x.x
For typo, we learn about fonts, their structure, how to manipulate them, how to use them according to the different moods. We gotta do stuff like choose a suitable font, and adjust the spacings, size, boldness, italics etc to portray the mood of a quote/lyrics/picture. Assignments are easy but a lot.

Had Holae dinner at simpang bedok, and we decided on our holae tee design: pink, with a beige oval patch at the front and long tail at the back. What does that remind you of?
PINK PANTHER ;D Damn cute eh. I also think it's possible that we might use the pink panther dance for our cheers :D



Last week, mum drove me to jalan kayu (upper seletar reservoir) for a short photoshoot :D


















One of my tweets: On the bus ride home, on the highway at night, i get to enjoy a display of lights formed by lamp posts and car lights, and turn them to bokeh by watching them cross-eyed. Pretty :D Must try okay!

PS: Design school's pepper steak is nice!

Meet my new pet, Shadow.



Its name in italics, because it looks more sophisticated HAHA :P Initially, i had the intention of buying the Olympus E-P1 after realising it's considered a dslr, because it's compact and veryyy pretty. Second choice was canon 5ooD. But after much comments from people that canon is better, i changed my mind. Especially the sales assistant. He talked about his experiences with canon, how many people regret getting the E-P1 and how i'll never regret getting canon. I thought i still needed some time to think but after his ultra-convincing speech, i was sold. Hahaha, i feel quite lousy to be convinced by the sales assistant but oh well.

Anyway, i love the other names of the 500D: Rebel T1i and Kiss X3! They look so much cooler than just the silver 500D on mine =/ I asked the sales assistant why they don't have those with Rebel T1i and Kiss X3 at the bottom, he said they're not available in singapore T.T Very sad.

I managed to capture a bokeh(blurred lights) on my first try!






The photos don't show much because they're mostly taken close-up at home, at night. Shall try taking some pics outside when i'm free. I've been enjoying taking nice pics and experimenting with Shadow :) I like holding the bulky camera with both hands, peeping through the view finder, adjusting the zoom and focus. I feel like i'm at a new stage of my life. :D I'm gonna try to shoot heart bokeh next time, like these:

下一站，幸福 is super niceeee :D I think the happenings in the show are quite unique and some surprised me. Like the part where she made the car hit the bus, and what she said after she realised he wanted to take a pic of them kissing. I was like: woah nice one!

海派甜心 is niceee too. I really miss da lang a lotttt he's super cute omg. And 13 episodes is so short =/ Can't get enough!

I've a huge problem deciding which phone to get, again. Here's the breakdown of my analysis:
- For Yari, i love the colour and design. And there's this feature where games can be played like Wii, using gestures, sounds fun? The main thing is, IT'S SUPER CHIO.
- For W302, i like how it's super slim and compact, simple design and all black, very coolz.
- For my current phone, i still like the design, many ppl said it's cool, but there's some problems with phone calls and i'm quite sian of it.
Let me see what y'all think! Vote okay!
