Okay here's the pics from DSC sub comm camp! :D

Day 1, assembled at 6+pm, had talk, ice breaking etc. Had plain bread for supper and everyone was enjoying it even without any spread :D

Day 2, started the day at around 8am, ate breakfast (bread again), played games, had mass dance, went opposite school for lunch, station games, talk by moses the design school director, blah blah, dinner, discussed about presentation. Oh and yinxue is SO good at singing we asked her to sing when we were showering! She even appeared in singapore idol tonight, the one who sang Just Dance by Lady Gaga! Played Tap Tap Revenge with Amirah on her itouch before going to sleep. I think i'm pro at it already HAHA.

My empire Beeron :D And our FAs(facilitators, no GLs) yingying and vanessa suggested we get a group identity: a cute winnie the pooh/mickey mouse $1.05 bottle. We hung them around our necks or like sling, and brought them everywhere on the second day. Other people were like "Ohh so cute!" Hahaha. Even the camp commandants jiahui & lijin asked us to buy for them! :D

Playing station games. We were supposed to reflect on what the game's moral(regarding being a part of dsc or design school) was after each game. Mainly about teamwork, communication, relaying of correct information, improvisation and stuffs.

Discussing about event planning etc, for the whole presentation the next day.


We ordered mac delivery for dinner and was like damn zai cause other empires don't do this HAHA ;D

Day 3, the main comms freaking woke us up at 4am! Told us to wash up and assemble asap. I thought what happened ok. In the end they told us they wanted to see whether we are able to adapt to emergency situations and stuffs. Felt kinda annoyed cause i only caught like 2 hours of sleep =/ Right after that, we played station games! Lol, fancy playing games at 5am in the morning when the sun isn't even out yet.



If i didn't rmb wrongly, we had pizza hut delivery in between the playing of station games. Played awhile more then went out for lunch. Then packed up and assembled at lecture theatre. They asked us to play xi3 niu2 nai3(wash milk in chinese) within our own empires and select the best guy and girl. Played it in english so that malay and indian peeps could understand and say properly. Had so much fun luh, xi niu nai is sucha fun game that never fails to cause laughter :D
Beeron's nai3 wang2 and nai3 hou4(milk king and queen) emerged, Royston and Phoebe respectively! All empires then gathered in front of triangular garden for final clash, every empire's milk kings and queens were to compete against one another. One by one they'll lose and sit down. We cheered each time Beeron king & queen won someone, so it's like we cheered the most lah!


As seen in the pic above, the ultimate milk king & queen are both from our empire! Awesomeeeee :D

The main comms were asked to compete against one another too! And yingying our Beeron FA was the ultimate winner. BEERON OWNS THE WHOLE GAME :D

Jannson and Leslie were asked to beatbox! Awesome performance.

Next we played some kinda catching game.


Ended with dances: TP school song, TP handsign song, TP mass dance, design mass dance. Oh and did stuffs like the 'hey banjah bilibanjah' thing, sang the rain song etc.

Last friday, helped out for the national day concert. Most of the people who watched the concert were other people, not much students i think, cause students would be attending lesson. Some dsc sub comms were to volunteer to help out, so there we are! :D Skipped lesson for that, yay no need complete work & do presentation :P



We had to dress in red & white/black, stand in 2 lines outside tcc (temasek convention center), and welcome guests by cheering and waving the flags. Sounds stupid but well, we're from design school and we do retarded stuffs and we rock. Best-spirited school okay! There were people from business school who helped out too but we dsc sub comms were much more high and enthu than them :D Then we went in to watch the concert that was halfway done, and the concert wasn't really nice.





Went back with Fernando and Jun Sheng, then met joey sunnv for pool at amk :)

Am actually really glad to be in DSC, as life would be so boring without activities and the people! And it's like with every activity/event/outing with camp empires and dsc people, i get to know more friends :D


PS: Anyone knows how to solve the blogger posting problem in mac firefox?

Oh and i've changed my email to frosty-winter@hotmail.com already. Stop asking me who i am, i don't know you more than you know me. If you don't know who's Emily, written so big as my msn nick, then it means you were the one who added my previous email and i should be the one who doesn't know you instead, retards. And it's annoying that when you import the contacts to the new email, you'll add back those you blocked too! TSK can't they be added as blocked contacts?! Shall clean up my contact list someday. BLOCK AND DELETE ALL THE RUBBISH.

And i changed my email because i like it. So stop asking TYVM.
