Ever tried plugging in to your mp3(or phone) using an earpiece, with eyes closed, in the middle of the night in pin-drop silence? That is one of my hobbies, what i do every night before i sleep.
I sit down, plug in, turn the volume loud enough.
You may ask, why in the middle of the night? What's so nice about that?
Well, it's quietest in the middle of the night with no surrounding noise. And so what you can hear is another experience altogether, compared to listening to it in the bus, train etc. You hear details you usually don't, like the soft ringing of bells, the rhythm of the drum, or even how the singer's voice actually sounds.
& overall, the songs sound nicer. You can try it too.
