TAIWAN TRIP(:
My second time there.

Day one.

Reached taiwan at night. Temperature there: 17 degree celcius D: It's really cold with strong wind of that temperature blowing. Had to wear long sleeves + jacket + jeans for the consecutive days.
Mum's friends (they're called chen xian sheng & qiu xiao jie there, & they're married for info) fetched us from airport. They're friendly people(: They have 3 daughters, one same age as me.
They drove us to the hotel, checked in, then brought us to eat. Went back hotel after that.

Day two.

Woke up early and had breakfast buffet at hotel. The food isn't nice D: Then they brought us to their office (mum's company is associated to theirs, that's how she knows them). They talked about work stuffs while i played my phone game; was so bored.

After that, qiu xiao jie brought us to different places to shop around, and went xi men ding at night. Xi men ding is a place like bugis village, sells lots of stuffs for teens like us[; Just that there's much more variety (as in also sells things like sports apparel, women's clothes, food, accessories etc too). And it's so so big, you won't know where you've walked before and where you're heading, so we just anyhow walked. The shops usually have more than a storey. Bought some stuffs.

Day three.

But mum's friends had to work, so we took the train ourselves to shop. At night, another friend of my mum, (she calls him cai lao shi) brought us to Ji Long to eat seafood :D After that drove us up to mountains and stuffs for sight-seeing.

He dropped us somewhere near our hotel cause we wanted to shop there.
On our way back, there was this black and white stray dog i saw sitting on the ground. It saw me, and as i walked past it, it got up and walked beside me:D As we walked, it sometimes went to urinate at a tree, i thought it would not follow already, but it came back and continued walking with me. It also went to sniff the tyres of a car but came back too. When we reached the entrance of the hotel, the dog stopped at the entrance, then sat there after we went in. Guess it somehow knows it isn't allowed in there. At that point of time, i nearly cried lah. It's like, first time there's a dog that somehow sent me quietly. Made me so touched. Oh gosh.

Day four.

Shopped again. Went xi men ding again, this time to buy duck's tongue to bring back. It's super nice lah:9 Then chen xian sheng drove us to the airport.

Here's some random related stuffs.
- Sorry for blurness in photos, some are taken with night mode, which requires super stable hand to produce sharp photos -.-
- Shopping at taiwan is cheap.
- The local food there are quite nice.
- Since it's winter there, the clothes they sell are mainly long sleeves and jackets, so it's kinda difficult to find lots of clothes for me this time.
- The service there is really really good, in comparison to Singapore. The sales assistants usually wear a smile on their faces, talk very politely, are patient, knows how to recommend stuffs, always say 'huan ying guang lin' and thank you for coming even when you walked out without buying anything.
- What i bought: 4 tops, 2 jackets, 2 bottoms, 3 pairs of socks, 3 books and a notebook, and a little something for my girls. Mum wanted to buy my white adidas superstar there, around $90+ sing dollars, found it in only 1 shop, BUT, they said it's guy's shoe so don't have my size. Wth lah D: But i saw a girl wearing it in singapore before! So i decided to try my luck at queensway some day for my size. Hopefully can get it before school starts!
- Oh, and the people in taiwan always stand on the right of the escalator for people who're rushing for time and wanna walk up the escalator to walk left. So considerate(:
- And many people there said i look jap? Lol.
